Thrift Download #1

New segment of my blog which will be called "Thrift Download". Pretty self explanatory  I tried to think of a unique name to call my thrifted purchases. Today I spent the day sleeping in till 12 because I went to the ER yesterday due to major dehydration. But today was fun because I got to go thrifting with my Mum.

Choices and Decisions

Picking classes that I want to have next year has never been more stressful. Either I do this or I do that... It's hard to pick a in between and satisfy all college required classes. Is it better to satisfy what I want to do or do what I have to do to get into college. In the meantime I have let crocheting take over me and I ca't stop. Don't try to stop me!

Fluffy Pillow

Spring break is here and I am in the middle of it. I realize in life the best times are when I don't have to worry about anything and I'm just watching movies those are those times I am one with life because my mind is just blank. Or I am losing millions of brain cells from constant movie watching on Netflix. I got this really cute dress and backpack from Crossroads!

Dem Boots

I promised myself I would never buy a leather pair of boots. But these are from a thrift store and I think that is totally fine because I am not buying it from the direct supplier which would be supporting their cause. Any ways I am trying to apply to this art project called The Do Not Enter Diaries. They'll interview me and take a tour of my room. That sounds so cool wish me luck...

Prom + Ball = Prall

I have officially gone to my first prom! For readers in foreign countries prom and ball are two separate things. Prom is for 11th graders and Ball is for 12th graders. It was absolutely fun and I danced my heart out and did not want it to ever end. I wish I took a better picture of my dress, because guess what I made the whole darn thing! I will soon post a picture of it. More posts too come, since I have been sort of a hiatus.

Girls

I recently finished watching the HBO show named Girls and it is absolutely my new favorite show. I tried to keep my hopes done because before I watched it I was watching the Golden Globes and it won soooo many awards. I think I relate most to Marnie. I don't want to relate to her the most but I see so many similarities. We both are tall and regular weight, a sense of style, and takes everything a bit too seriously and just needs to let loose. Well she does and ends up making out with the buy from SNL. But anyways I'd rather be Jessa because she's so free spirited and I love her sense of style and I am still on the look out for those shoes she wears in the first episode. More good rants will be said about the show. If I could only meet the creator Lena Dunham and thank her for all the realistic life stories she's not afraid to portray on TV.

Harry Styles

I am a teenage girl so what do you expect? I like one direction! I finally admitted to myself that I like them I believe last September. And my friends left me out when they bought tickets to see them in concert. Still a little bitter about that. Got that off of my chest. I have recently seen a lot of you Mick Jagger pictures and the resemblance to Harry Styles is really uncanny. Ok I never say that word in real life but I had too...it fit the situation. Here are some pictures to compare because I really think they look alike. What do you think???

 As you can see these are my christmas presents. I love my new record player! Now i can go to thrift stores and actually have a purpose for buying the record. Any suggestions on what I should look for next? I wore this outfit to an interview at the one and only American Apparel. What do you guys think? I am very proud of myself for finally taking the initiative and taking that next step into adulthood. I mean I should be driving by now but I dont want to reminisce about that time i failed my driving test. Anyways I am really loving the comments and how you lovelies are emailing me and actually wanting to talk to moi. I feel so loved <3 Tomorrow I am going to National Portfolio Day thang and I havent even put mine together or have anything ready. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
